City Administrator

The City Administrator is appointed by the Mayor to manage the City’s daily business, to supervise all city departments and offices, and to carry out the Council’s policies by directing the work of City staff.  He or she enforces the laws of the City, informs the Mayor and Council on important matters relating to municipal government functions, and directs the preparation of the City’s budget.  

City Attorney

The City’s Attorney, Daniel Kenny, is a member of Ogden Murphy Wallace P.L.L.C., a law firm that has served public and private sector clients throughout the Pacific Northwest for over 100 years.

City Clerk

The City Clerk’s office is dedicated to serving the needs of residents by providing them with timely and quality services in a positive, professional, and cooperative manner.  


Responsibilities of the City Clerk include management of the City’s official records, public disclosure, City Council support including agenda development, packets and preparation of official minutes, legal noticing, electronic records access, recording of legal documents, and risk management. The City Clerk is the person designated to accept Claims for Damages or other Lawsuits and Public Records Requests.
