Village at Harbor Hill

The proposal is to develop 18.56 acres of property in Gig Harbor Washington into a commercial/business park. Site improvements include internal private roads, 14 buildings with 154,447 square feet, 577 parking stalls, sidewalks, open space, and expansion of a city park. The project will provide transportation and pedestrian improvements on Borgen Blvd and Harbor Hill Drive.
