What is the Intake Application Process?

Any applicant wishing to submit a Type II, Type III, Type III-A or Type IV land use application is required to call ahead and schedule an application intake appointment. Intake appointments are scheduled for Tuesday morning and generally last about one hour.

Applicants will meet with members of the Planning, Engineering and Building staff at the Planning counter to determine the completeness of their application.
