Operations Division

The City of Gig Harbor’s operations division is responsible for the maintenance of the city's infrastructure including roads, storm drains, parks, water, City-owned facilities, and fleet equipment. 

Report Maintenance and Operations Concerns Online with Resident Reporter

Use the Resident Reporter tool to notify operations staff of non-emergency issues around the city. 

Staff responds to requests during regular business hours. If this report comes in on a holiday, weekend or after-hours, it will be read on the next business day.
