Rates are effective January 1, 2025 and do not include state and city taxes. For other stormwater properties not defined by the referenced classes, please contact the billing office or refer to Ordinance Number 1533 (PDF).

*For other developed properties the bi-monthly service charge shall be $35.72 multiplied by the number of equivalent billing units determined by the utility.
