Cash, Money Order, or Local Personal Checks

You may pay your court fines at the Court Clerk’s Office at the Gig Harbor Civic Center.  Hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Payments may also be deposited into the night drop-box located in front of the Civic Center.

Cards are accepted at the Court. You may pay:

Payment Plans

Please contact the Court to confirm that your case is eligible for a time payment plan. If you'd like to complete an application online for a payment plan, please click here.

Community Service

To confirm eligibility, contact the Court.  To avoid collections and penalties, community service in lieu of a fine must be filed with the Court by the due date.

Collections

If your case has been assigned to collections, contact either Alliance One or Dynamic Collectors. They may be able to offer a relicensing program if the unpaid fine is affecting your privilege to drive.
