The following cases are not eligible for a payment plan via Court Payment Management Services (CPMS). Pay the court directly for:

• Deferred Prosecutions
• Pretrial Diversion Agreements
• Infraction Deferrals

Be prepared to make a payment once the application is submitted.

• Payment must be made to CPMS by due date ordered by the court.  If you fail to pay the court in full or set up a payment plan with CPMS by the court due date, late penalties may be added to your fine and may be assigned to collections.
• Incomplete applications will be returned and cause missed deadlines.  Contact the court (253) 851-7808 for case number(s) and amount due.
• Upon submission of the payment plan application, please submit your first payment, including set up fee, via debit or credit card at www.cpmspay.com or by money order or cashier's check to CPMS at:

        If you fail to remain current with payments, the account will be placed in delinquent status and additional fees may apply.

• Receipt of the payment plan application and first payment including the set-up fee, CPMS will contact you to establish future monthly payments that are agreeable to both parties.  If you fail to remain current with your payments, your account will be placed in a delinquent status and additional fees may apply.

• Monthly statements are provided as a courtesy.  You are responsible for submitting payments on time with or without receiving a monthly statement.

Fees

Complete the application in full.  Incomplete applications may cause a delay in processing or missed deadline.

• Fill in full name as listed on the ticket
• Provide case number(s)
• Determine set up fee (1 case - $10.00, 2 cases $20.00, 3 cases or more $25.00)
• Total court penalties and set up fee
• Select preferred payment due date 
• Electronically sign and submit payment plan application

Additional information and what to expect once your payment plan has been accepted.

• You will receive a monthly statement.  If for some reason you do not receive it, you are still responsible for submitting your payment on time to CPMS.
• You may make payments larger than the monthly minimum on your account(s).
• You may pay the account(s) in full early to avoid further monthly payment plan fees. Larger payments made one month will not change or lower your minimum payment due in the following months.  
• You may pay the balance in full at the court by the due date indicated on your court order.  If you fail to pay the court in full or establish a payment plan with CPMS, late penalties may be added and you may be assigned to a collection agency.
