The members of the Gig Harbor Police Department have a special connection to the community we serve.  Our officers talk about this relationship and appreciate the opportunity to work in such a supportive environment.  We take pride in keeping our city a low crime area and truly delivering public service.

From our patrol officers and supervisors to our administrative staff, the focus is on doing the right thing at the right time for the right reasons. Customer service is in constant focus, but when tough action is necessary, our officers are trained in measured and effective response.
