PITT DOCK MARINA REPLACEMENT | PL-SDP-23-0001 - PL-SEPA-23-0007
The project proposes to replace the existing 16’ entrance gate behind the WHHW mark, add 4’ railings around the existing pier. A portion of the existing pier will remain. The project will remodel the existing marina and replace solid decked surfaces and creosote treated wood pile with fiberglass grating and galvanized steel pile. As well as, re-enforcing the support of the existing net shed. The project will introduce more environmentally friendly materials including grating and steel piling. The project will reduce the overwater coverage by 930.5 square feet.
