The applicant is proposing to remove and replace the solid decked pier, ramp, piling and floats and install a new pier, ramp, float system with up-to-date environmental standards in a new configuration. The total existing square footage is 8,970, the proposed square footage is 8,186, a reduction of 784 square feet. The applicant is proposing to remove a total of 1,890 cubic feet of concrete.
