The proposal includes the demolition of the existing automotive repair shop and warehouse portion of the current Mini Mart building to allow for the construction of a car wash and drive-through coffee stand on the site.
The car wash building will include a 90-foot-long tunnel design with a total building gross floor area of 4200 sf. The car wash building will house a standard wash bay and drying areas, mechanical support spaces, storage areas and restroom facilities. A 250-sf drive-through coffee stand is also proposed. The coffee stand will be located toward the Olympic Drive frontage of the site.
