The applicant is proposing to revise the Shoreline Substantial Development permit approval issued by the Hearing Examiner on 11/20/2019 to include clarification that the rock bulkhead will be constructed of “Redi-Rocks. Changes to increase the maximum height of the bulkhead from 3.5 feet to 6 feet. Changes to the pathway materials that will connect the bottom of the stairway to the neighboring site, (north of the site) from pavers to crushed gravel. Changes to the 26.5-foot length of the storm pipe from 15” Ductile Iron to 16” HDPE. Changes to the 14-foot length of storm pipe from 15” up to 16” and shortening the stairway as it nears the top of the bank, with the final connection up to the sidewalk to be a gravel pathway.
