PITT DOCK MARINA REPLACEMENT SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT REVISION | PL-SDP-24-0001
The proposal is for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SDP) Revision to the previously approved SDP on the site. The project involves removal and replacement of creosote treated piling, 2 additional 12” steel piling installed on the floats, redecking of an existing pier section, and reduction of a 60’ headwalk section to 50’.
