BLAIR NET SHED SDP REVISION | PL-SDP-24-0002
The proposal is for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SDP) Revision to the previously approved SDP on the site. The proposed revisions are the following; 1) Clarification of the approved Rock bulkhead will be constructed with Redi-Rocks; 2) Increasing the maximum height of the bulkhead from 3.5 feet to 6 feet; 3) Changing the path material from pavers to crushed gravel for the path that will be connecting from the bottom of the stairway to the neighboring site; 4) Elimination of the upland retaining wall south of the stairway; 5) changing a 26.5-foot length of storm pip from 15” Ductile Iron to 16” HDPE.; 6) Changing a 14-foot length of storm pipe from 15” to 16”; and 7) Shortening the stairway as it nears the top of the bank such that the final connection up to the sidewalk will be a gravel pathway.
