The proposal is for Phase 1A for the development of a Sports Complex. Phase 1A includes the construction of two synthetic turf
athletic fields with associated lighting and furnishings, a small equipment storage building, a recreation trail, and parking to the
north of the fields for approximately 102 vehicles.
