BOAT BARN MOORAGE AND ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT REVISION | PL-SDP-24-0003
The applicant has proposed revisions to the approved Shoreline Substantial Development permit, approved by the Hearing Examiner on February 9th, 2024. The revisions requested are necessary to align with the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife requirements as part of the HPA process to ensure better protection of the Kelp beds. The changes include,1) Changes to the access ramp; 2) Reducing the length and width of the northern float; 3) Increase the length of the middle float and 4) increase the length of the southern float.
The changes will reduce the overwater coverage of the original Hearing Examiner approval by 300 square feet.
