The proposal is to construct one (1) duplex and four (4) single-family residences for a total of six (6) dwelling units on the 1.21-Acre site. All six (6) dwelling units are intended for condominiumization. Site will be accessed by a 30-foot shared easement to be granted from the abutting northern parcel which connects to Rosedale Street.
