The proposal is for construction of 2 buildings. Building A consists of approximately 1,391 square feet of professional office or retail space on the main floor with a 2-bedroom apartment on the upper level. Building B consists of approximately 1,538 square feet of professional office or retail space on the main floor and a 2-bedroom apartment on the upper floor.
The proposed project is designed to be low impact which entails minimal change to the existing topography, balanced cut/fill earthwork, with elevated walkways and decks to reduce impervious surface usage and low impact foundation design.
Based on the project’s low impact design and Best Management Practices no additional mitigation measures are required.

A public hearing on the proposed project has not been scheduled at this time. The public is invited to comment on this DNS at the public hearing, or by submitting written comments to the above address no later than 5 PM on May 17, 2023. The deadline for appealing the final SEPA Threshold Determination is 5 PM on May 24, 2023.
