The applicant proposes to divide an existing vacant 5.84-acre parcel into eight (8) lots for single-family residential development. The subdivision will also include a public access road, one storm tract, two access tracts, and two open space tracts to accommodate the buffer associated with an on-site Type 4 stream.
After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the City of Gig Harbor has determined the above proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.

A public hearing on the proposed project has not been scheduled for August 1, 2023. The public is invited to comment on this DNS at the public hearing, or by submitting written comments to the above address no later than 5 PM on July 27, 2023. The deadline for appealing the final SEPA Threshold Determination is August 3, 2023
