The decision published and mailed on November 16, 2023 for the proposal was issued in error. Pursuant to Ordinance 1516, Site-specific Rezones are processed as a type IV project permit application. The City’s Hearing Examiner has issued a recommendation for the proposal and a final decision will be made by the City Council at a later date.
