- Project Location: 5115 Olympic Drive | Parcel Number - 0221173081. The site is located on the north side of Olympic Drive, approximately 530 feet west of the intersection with Point Fosdick Drive.
- Project Description: The proposed project involves the redevelopment of an approximately 1.66-acre parcel currently occupied by a Chevron gas station, located in the General Business District (B-2) zone. The proposal includes the demolition of the existing structures and construction of a new, single-story, 2,631-square-foot Chick-fil-A quick-service restaurant. The project scope includes associated site improvements such as vehicle parking, pedestrian pathways, upgraded utility connections, stormwater management infrastructure, landscaping enhancements, and right-of-way improvements.
