The proposal includes a Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA) between lots E & F. The resulting size of revised Lot E will be 11,063 sf and revised parcel B will be 31,094 sf. Both parcels will be accessible from Shirley Avenue, from the eastern property lines. The proposed BLA adds 2,647 square feet from the western portion of Lot E to Lot F.
The Preliminary Short Plat proposal is do divide Lot F into two lots for future single family residential development.
