This proposal has been reviewed using the standards listed in Gig Harbor Municipal Code (GHMC) 17.85. The proposal is found to be consistent with the definition of Short-term rental as provided in GHMC 17.04.727 "Short-term rental" means a legally established dwelling unit, accessory apartment, or portion thereof that is offered as a rental to guests for fewer than thirty consecutive nights. The proposal is found to be in compliance with all general regulations required by GHMC 17.85.040.
